Lisa M. Peters, CQM-C

Project Coordinator

Since 2013, Lisa M Peters has served as a Project Coordinator for dsi Associates, coordinating project documentation, project submittals, cost reports and budgets, schedules, status reports, logs, and other project paperwork.  This includes defining a web-based project management system to serve this role and effectively managing all business processes used in design and construction of the project.

Prior to joining dsi in 2013, Peters served as a Planner at Argonne National Laboratory assisting in the implementation of a Radiological Material System for the Waste Management Operations division.  Responsibilities included quality assurance, personnel training and user support.  She also provided project planning and support for a Decontamination and Demolition characterization project. Responsibilities included reporting project details to U.S. Department of Energy.

Peters also was Management Representative team lead for development and implementation of ISO 9001:2000 certified program for Argonne’s Project Management & Engineering Division.  This was the first program of its type in the U.S. Department of Energy’s national laboratory system.  Peters responsibilities also included managing audits for ISO 9001:2000 to ensure division met requirements without corrective actions.

Peters received a Bachelor of Science, focusing on Business Management and attended Purdue University focusing on Construction Management.  She has completed Project Management Professional (PMP) courses and is pursuing her PMP certification.
