Project Detail

The project at Camp Lejeune provided a new base access point from the HWY 24 bypass. A new security gate was built at this access point and a new divided highway (approx 7.5 miles) constructed at the interior of the base.  Bridges and culverts will be also be installed along the new highway route.

dsi Associates worked with the AMEC Engineering team to provide design management services and construction management support on this project.

Project Controls

dsi provided an initial baseline cost-loaded schedule for the project, as well as oversight for the internal AMEC team on regular updates and associated reporting relative to cost and schedule management utilizing Primavera schedules and custom-designed cost formats.
